At Hearts Therapeutic Riding Center, we believe that financial circumstances should never stand in the way of a child experiencing the life-changing connection between horses and humans.
Our Scholarship Program (generously provided by Equine Rehabilitation of Central Texas) helps provide access to riding lessons and therapeutic equine experiences for children who may otherwise be unable to participate. Through the support of generous donors, we are able to offer financial assistance to families facing economic hardship while ensuring children can benefit from the confidence, independence, emotional growth, and joy that come from time spent with our horses.
Whether a child is navigating physical, emotional, developmental, or life challenges, our goal is simple: to create a safe and supportive environment where they can learn, grow, and discover their strengths.
Who Can Apply?
Scholarships are available for children and families who demonstrate financial need and would benefit from participation in our programs. Applications are reviewed with care, taking into consideration each family's unique circumstances, the potential impact on the child, and available scholarship funding.
What to Expect
The application process is simple and confidential. Families will be asked to share information about their child's goals, how participation may benefit them, and any financial barriers that make enrollment difficult.
