Now Hiring: Part-Time Riding Instructor / Trainer

We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Riding Instructor/Trainer to join our small but mighty team. This is a part-time position with the potential for expanded hours in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PATH Certified (or willing to obtain PATH certification)

  • Experience working with children and riders of varying skill levels

  • Ability to teach both English and Western disciplines, including more advanced students

  • Strong teamwork skills and a positive, adaptive, and cheerful attitude

Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing quality instruction to riders of all ages and abilities

  • Maintaining a safe and engaging lesson environment

  • Supporting program goals and collaborating with staff and volunteers

  • Demonstrating professionalism and compassion at all times
